Young adults in fitness class.
Pilates: total body strengthening and flexibility with a focus on core conditioning
Until we can be inside again classes will be held outside at Little Falls Activity Center. Registration is required. Class fee is $5 or use a punch pass which is $50 for 12 visits.

Monday, 5:30 p.m.—yoga
 
Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.—pilates
 
Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.—yoga
 
Friday, 8:30 a.m.—pilates

Registration is required. You can complete registration without payment and bring your Fitness pass or pay cash to the instructor

 
Saturday, 8:30 a.m.—yoga
