Ages- 3-5 years old
Little Lions' Yoga is about introducing the practice of yoga in a fun and interactive way. Each class will incorporate games, music, stories and age appropriate yogic philosophy (for example: being kind to others, loving ourselves), to help guide us on our yoga journey.
There have been so many wonderful benefits of introducing yoga to kids at an early age including increasing motor skills, impulse control, verbal skills and social skills. Yoga also gives your child a sense of control over their feelings and their body.
No experience is necessary. This is a non-parent participatory class, so make sure your little yogi feels comfortable being on their own.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
