For those of you who want to get out of the house after a long winter, get some great exercise and socialize with friends, ultimate Frisbee is for you! 

Combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football, the game of ultimate Frisbee is played by two teams with a flying disc on a field with end zones, similar to football.  Get a group of friends and come join us. 

If you want to "drop in" there is a $2 fee that you can pay at the field
