Teen Girl Holding Up Lacrosse Stick
Gorham Rec and USM are teaming up to offer girls in Gorham a chance to learn the game of Lacrosse this summer! The camp is designed to teach youth lacrosse players the core principals of women’s lacrosse. We will take time to learn game fundamentals and develop a strong lacrosse IQ. There will also be an emphasis on what it means to be a well rounded athlete. We will work on developing skills emphasizing team work, communication, and leadership styles. Any player with an interest in goal keeping is welcome, I will provide equipment. All skill levels welcome; there will be extra sticks available.

The last day of camp will be a World Cup scrimmage. Here players will have the opportunity to put all the skills they learned to the test in a competitive environment.
