This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body.  Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses. Please bring a mat, towel and water.  Come join instructor Theresa Labrecque for a great workout!Yoga: Monday—5:30pm at Gorham Municipal Shaw Gym and on Zoom Wednesday—7:00-7:30 am  Zoom only class (trying a 30 minute get up and go for those who have to work) Saturday—8:30-9:30 am at Little Falls (outside or in the gym depending on weather) and on ZoomPlease pre-register online. This class is an introduction to pickleball class. Throughout the class we will focus on developing skills and implementing them into game situations. We will cover skills such as ball control, forehand/backhand drive, drive/lob serve, forehand/backhand lob, smash and strategy.  We will finish the class with a random draw,  friendly round robin style tournament to put our learned skills to the test.

Stretch and Tone class focuses on building strength in all muscle groups, developing balance, flexibility, and agility.

This class is an introduction to pickleball class. Throughout the class we will focus on developing skills and implementing them into game situations. We will cover skills such as ball control, forehand/backhand drive, drive/lob serve, forehand/backhand lob, smash and strategy.  We will finish the class with a random draw,  friendly round robin style tournament to put our learned skills to the test.
 
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    T'ai Chi - Tai Chi
The Tai Chi classes will focus on a set of "fun" exercises that involve light stretching, Qi Gong (Chi Kung) breathing exercises, and a basic introductory form. Students will leave at the end of each class feeling more relaxed with a calm peace of mind.  Toby Plourde holds black belts in various styles of karate, kung fu and tai chi. In addition, he has taught martial arts classes in New Hampshire, Florida, Massachusetts and Maine.

This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body.  Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses.
